Refund policy

We want you to love your noframe sunglasses. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns: You can return your sunglasses within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original pouch and packaging. To start a return, email support@noframe.co.za or call/WhatsApp 067 952 1318 with your order number.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full and cover the return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
